Zierman Plumbing & Heating

Chuck came out on a Sunday to get our toilets and tubs unclogged and running again. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the future costs we will be facing with an old house but did not take advantage of the weekend to overcharge us like other plumbers may do. We've had to call a plumber a few times since we've been in the area and Zierman has been available last minute, evenings, and weekends all without breaking the bank for us. If you are in need of a plumber make sure to ask for Chuck and you will be in great hands!!!!

After calling the “plumbing and Heating” company that installaled our heater, I was told they do not do heating anymore! So I called Zierman Plumbing and Heating. Dispatch was very curtious and efficient. He said Chuck would be calling me shortly. Chuck did call within minutes, went over the senario and I choose to have him go ahead and come out. Boy I’m glad I did! Chuck is awesome! He’s a keeper! I will never call anyone again. I’m a “Zierman” gal now!

We discovered a water leak in our front yard after hours. We dug it up and found the leak. We called at least half a dozen plumbers and no one was willing or able to come out until the next day. We finally got to Zimmerman and Darin was helpful and pleasant. He came out and fixed our broken water line just before dark. We had water back by bedtime. Thank you for your quick service. Next time I will start with Z. :)

Called on a saturday, said he would be there in 30 minutes...showed up in 5 minutes...Joe was amazing and did a great job!! So glad I didn't need to wait until Monday...recommend and will call again if needed!!

So upset! We spent weeks finding a plumbing company getting bids to re-pipe the houses we chose zeirmans plumbing because we liked the man who did the bid. He seemed honest. Their bid was not the cheapest or the highest. Middle of the road out of all the bids. They asked to wait a week to start the job. They said they would have a contract for me well before the start day, which was today. I never got a contract. They showed up without one and made me wait 30 minutes for it cuz it apparently it was being written up last minute. Contract gets here and I’m reading over it. I said I had a concern with it because it said they were gonna mount all the pipes in the garage outside the drywall not in the wall like they currently were so it would be visible. ( tacky). They never discussed this with us before. They also said if in the course of the re pipe they damaged drain pipes or wires from cutting into our walls they would not be responsible for it. So The plumbers here said they could arrange with me to talk to the person who wrote the contract and did the bid but it would not be until the afternoon. we were trying to arrange that when the plumber gets a text message from simply stating that they decided they just don’t want to do the job anymore. They ask if I still want to talk to the guy. Hell no I don’t if he straight already decided he doesn’t wanna do it! Why waste more of my time! So they leave me hanging! You don’t get me a contract when u said you would and then when u should already be working u tell me u changed ur mind and just don’t wanna do it!!! Horrible business! If u had the contract to me b4 today like u promised then we could have avoided u wasting my time and bailing on me last minute! Now I have to call the contractor who was gonna do our drywall work and leak damage remediation and tell him not to come next week cuz our plumbers weren’t reliable and bailed. i do not recommend zeirmans plumbing.
