Fantastic plumbers. They do great work that looks good. Very responsive. Has them do project work and emergency work and they've been wonderful no matter what the circumstance. I've been a customer if they're for over 10 years and I've never thought of being a customer of a different plumber.

Our former hot water tank began to leak while we were away on vacation, and we called Cropf Brothers on a Saturday. The on-call plumber that day was very polite and helpful over the phone. He was honest and thorough, and in the end we decided to shut off and drain the tank to stop the leaking, and wait until Monday (in part because we were considering moving to a tankless system, which they would not have been able to do that day anyway). Monday morning, first thing (7:30 a.m.) I received a call from them. All of our questions were answered thoroughly, estimates were given, and someone was out that same day to look at our situation in terms of what it would take to go tankless. They gave me a two hour window for the following morning during which they would arrive (between 8-10). I got a call around 8:30, they arrived by 9, and they were completely done, cleaned up, and out by 12:30 after installing a tankless system, which required them to build a wall to hang it on, and to install a designated gas line for it. They were polite throughout, stuck to their estimate, and explained everything before they left. I do recommend Cropf Brothers and will be using them again...though hopefully not too soon. ;-)

I called this company based on a referral from my brother. Michael Cropf was the individual that came out and met with us. He identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend Michael and this company to any of my friends and family and know they will be taken care of.

GREAT Experience with CROPF BROTHERS Plumbing (Terry!) after having a terrible experience with a (big-name) competitor. The competitor instantly jumped to judgment that my mystery residue coming out of my kitchen faucet was "hard water" and charged me $69 for nothing but his subsequent $3000 soft water unit sales pitch.(Grrr!) But Terry, from CROPF Brothers, came in and knew, as i did, that there was more to it than that. He really took his time and inspected, took apart the faucet/aerators to see if he could pinpoint source; he was honest and said he could narrow it down to 2-3 theories and that he didn't want to sell me something I didn't need; so we went the conservative route first, which included water company testing the water (turns out water was well in the normal range of chemicals / minerals /etc.) and ALSO turns out that the effort Terry put into inspecting the faucet may have cleared the problem. A lot of residue fell out when he removed faucet head and now there seems to be none! He did say, continue to monitor it, and that if it returns it could be another of his theories. But at this point, I'm hoping maybe some piece came apart in faucet and all that residue is now gone. Either way, the 'big name competitor' simply tried to make a $3000 sale on something that turns out would not have fixed this problem; and something i don't neeeeeed!!! Terry was very personable, very focused, patient and concerned ..and honest!! Hard to find that today in business! Stick with CROPF Brothers!!! I know i am!!!!
