Best company ever! Always quick to respond, patient in answering questions, pleasant and easy to work with, and do a great job.

I called when my oil ran out. Having not had an oil furnace before, I had some questions about what I should do (for example, how long 150 gallons should last). For the person who answered the phone, it seemed as if even the most basic questions were a nuisance to her. It seemed as if they didn't even want me to buy $450 worth of oil from their company. I ended up not buying from them. FYI, they're not the cheapest.

Excellent service. quality work and fair prices. I called Buchanan and Erb in the middle of a recent heat wave due to an issue with our air and they came out the same day. (Monday). Jon was the tech that was sent to our home. He was knowledgeable and walked me through every step and provided explanations. he took his time and was able to fix our air compressor the same day. We will be using again for our future needs.
