I have used Wilbur Plumbing starting three years ago when they installed a new gas furnace and AC unit. The service at that time was phenomenal! Friendly and efficient. Most recently I had a minor repair need that was treated with the same importance as the big job. Colt arrived right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered some questions I had regarding a separate matter. It's great to have a local family business to rely on!

I called Wilbur for service due to the heat pump dripping water. Rey was the technician who was very informative and polite. Rey was able to clear the clog (after moving a stacked washer and dryer next to the unit) and I am back up and running enjoying the AC. Thanks Rey and thanks Wilbur for the great service. I would like to mention also the ease of scheduling the appointment, I just hopped online and picked what worked for me. No calls were needed. Great work guys, Thanks!

We have relied on Wilbur Plumbing several times over the past few years and have been extremely pleased with their work. This most recent experience was no exception. We used their online scheduling tool on a Friday, requesting an appointment for the following Monday morning. Within minutes, our preferred time/date was verified. As promised, Colt arrived Monday morning, well-prepared to address three separate plumbing issues in our bathroom and kitchen. After surveying each issue—and before he started to work on them—Colt presented us with an itemized quote and clearly explained what he would be doing. That kind of transparency is so refreshing. There were no surprises! We accepted the quote, and he proceeded to take care of the repairs and replacements. Colt was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. We were delighted with the service we received, and we felt that the price was more than fair for Colt’s impeccable work. We hope that there won’t be another plumbing problem in our immediate future. But if one does arise, we won’t hesitate to contact Wilbur Plumbing.

I scheduled an appointment online and the next day that appointment was confirmed with a slight time change but I was not inconvenienced. Josh came, assessed what we needed and kept us apprised of what he was doing to make sure we were fine with the process. He also kept us informed of the cost of each job so that there wasn't any surprises at the end. Definitely would use Wilbur Plumbing again and would recommend to those looking to hire.

I called Wilbur to have someone come help me figure out where a leak was coming from. I called on a Friday night and they called by 8am the following Monday to set up an appointment time. Mark arrived and from the moment I opened the door I was amazed by the professionalism he represented. Mark walked me through the whole process he was doing to help me understand what happened. Mark was awesome!!!
