Called back with appointment time promptly, Darryl was knowledgeable and courteous, went out of his way to go back to the office and find a replacement part, returned and fixed the problem on a Friday night, holiday weekend. I highly recommend Right way plumbing.

They are nice. That's the positive. Unfortunately, "nice" doesn't diagnose and fix the problem. The first time I called, I spoke with two people, both very nice. An appointment was set up, and they arrived on time. They diagnosed the issue, corrected it, charged me $200, and left. Ten minutes later, the same issue resurfaced. I called the office and asked them to have the gentleman who was just at my house give me call. He did. I told him the issue. He said he would discuss with his boss and call me back. Three days went by, no call back. Called the office again and asked to speak to the owner. He wasn't in, so I left a message. It took another three days before someone called back. I missed the call, but whoever it was didn't even have the professional courtesy to leave a message. I went with another company, who, by the way, was very familiar with horror stories about this company. So, to sum it up: they misdiagnosed the problem, charged a ridiculously high amount to fix something that wasn't broken, and wouldn't even call me back to fix the issue. I wasn't even calling to argue or to get my money back. I just needed the problem fixed. In retrospect, I should probably thank them, because I'm not sure the problem would have ever been fixed if they had come back out. Perhaps mine was an isolated experience, but I will not be using them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 1. I had a pipe leak so I called AHS and Rightway Plumbing was sent out. 2. The technician was there with my dad and repaired the loose pipe. My dad put the phone on speaker and I ask the technician was there any other issues and he said no you're all good and your water booster pump and pipe is good. 3. I got home that night and everything was working fine and the water pressure was strong. I did notice their were two small areas on the pipe that had drops of water. I called them back out to stop the small drips. 4. The area of work was in the garage so the garage code was provided because no one was home. 5. The technician took it upon himself to open my house door which is connected to the garage to use MY bathroom which set off my house alarm so i'm getting calls from the alarm company and the police. I could of had my kids or a attack dog in the house and that would have turned very bad! 6. So I got home that night and I notice my water booster pump was not on and I didn't have any water pressure. There were old pipes, and an old pressure gauge, and other things just laying around out of place. I called the company and left a voicemail with the owner who finally called back after an hour. He started to tell me how the tech said the water booster pump went bad and it's not their fault. I told him that when I left in the am for work everything was good then his tech comes and nothing is working. He stated that he's not paying for anything! He slipped up by saying that the tech went to Home Depot to buy parts for the repair. All I had was two small areas water leaks so why is he going to Home Depot for parts unless he damaged something and trying to fix it. 7. The owner drove to my house and he was very unprofessional and upset at me as the customer and I couldn't understand why, all I did was pay for service with my insurance company AHS and they were sent out. 8. After seeing a bible in my house he calmed down and said he was a Pastor and they do sometime get upset. He took some pictures of the pump and said he'll investigate but i have yet to hear anything from him. 9. The tech did call to lie but I didn't want to hear a grown man lie to me. The insurance company with have to deal with it!

Two experiences, overall very positive. First time, Darryl was expected to arrive between 12 and 4, he arrived at 11:55. Fixed the leaky pipe no problem, no attempts to upsell. Second experience, Norm was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9, didn't arrive until 9:35 (only negative). Norm took the time to teach us how to access the built in hair catcher for our shower drain and how to clean it. Didn't charge is a thing, no attempts to sell us something when nothing was broken. Always a positive in my book!

Great experience. They said they would arrive between 10 and 2 and at 10:15 Darryl was ringing the doorbell. He diagnosed the problem and had us fixed in a short time. Great experience.
