We've been dealing with the John for 15-20 years. Fantastic work ethic! Have recommended him to many people who agree.

He jacks the price up on his parts beyond reason. Like 2k to replace a hot water heater and 250 for a builder grade sink. I had another plumber come repair a leak in less than an hour that Purple Plumber said he couldn't do without demo which was unnecessary and another plumber already proved him wrong.

I do not like giving a bad review, but in this case I feel I should let people know that it is very likely that you may have problems with this guy. He can quickly get very angry about anything, and then take it out on you even if it is not your fault. I called him because he was an hour late, and he was irate. I just wanted to know if he was still coming.

Excellent service! We had a sewage back up. Got it fixed very quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Go local! We had a quote of at least $600 from a "chain" plumber. Thank you!

A plumber was sent to my house. He called and I said I need atleast half an hour. Tech arrived 5 minuetes before. me and left. Mind you I told him I wad not living on the premises yet. My sister called him when we saw him leaving. He was yelling and hollaring at her. He was very rude. Very bad customer service!
