RKN failed to respond to a service request. Messages at the office and on the owner's cell phone went unanswered for weeks leading up to settlement. I was referred to this company by GMI First because the owner was previously an electrician for GMI. GMI, specifically the owner of RKN, had wired the house when it was new construction.
