Originally I was in contact with Al. He sent one of his employees who said we did not have a leak in our drain. I wanted to be sure so I turned the sink on and the next morning our garage was flooded with water. I called Al back and he said he'd be back in a few weeks. I called back multiple times but he completely ghosted me. Do not use.
I have used Al in the past and was very happy with his work. However, my recent experience he came to price a job for me & never came back with a quote. Then he called last Tuesday & told me he’d be at my home Thursday morning 8:30 to do the job. At 10:30, I called & left a message...but no call, no show. Frustrating & looking for another plumber.
Al the Plumber returned my call within 24 hours and had one of his guys dispatch to our house that same day. Our kitchen drain wasn't draining at all and seemed to be clogged where it meets the stack pipe. Thoroughly running the snake completed cleared the issue. The water drains much better and faster than it ever has in the 8 years we've owned the house. Reasonable price too! I would highly recommend Al the Plumber.
