We had residential do a lot of work in the past with good results. Thank you David for your help figuring out what we need to do yet before running the line to the grain bin...looking forward to getting this done!

Woke up today (Sunday May 27th) with my AC not working. Sounded like the capacitor went bad on the condenser section. Called a number of place but most said they only did emergency calls for current customers. W & W Residential Services does work for our neighbor and they said they would come out and check things out for me. Less than an hour after the technician (Vinny) got here, I had AC again. Superb service and will recommend to anyone who asks me! Great service!!!!!!

I called residential services to come and do a basic cleaning and service to my furnace..the furnace had been operating fine just needed a basic cleaning. Since that moment that residential services touched my furnace have had nothing but problems. Have had to continually call them back to fix the SAME PROBLEM. They continue to charge me for fixing the same thing that they supposedly fixed the first time. I find this very disturbing and not very good business practice. Three separate times they have come and charged me to fix the SAME thing. I will never call them or recommend them to anybody I know again. This business did not represent themselves with a high standard of morals or conscience. It all about the dollar and not the customer.
