Frazier Plumbing Heating & Air

Stay away from frazier plumbing. Damaged my closet wall and bathroom tiles. Put a cheap piece of plastic over the damaged tile which fell off and water seeped behind the interior walk causing water damage to the closet floor. Called the secretary which advised me the owner would come by to see the damage. I called off work and the owner never showed up. So now they send me another invoice with a late fee..... All this because they sent a young kid out preciously to attempt to repair the bathtub faucets which caused additional damage that needed extensive repair. Not very happy with the lack of commu ication or compassion.

Do not reccomend. They were rude on the phone for the initial appointment schedule, and then gave a 9 hour window of when they may show up. The icing on the cake was when they never showed up at all, and did not even call to say they were not coming that day. They just ditched us. Would have gave a 0 out of 5 if it was possible.

We purchased our home a year ago and our furnace/ac system is at the end of its realistic lifespan. Frazier Plumbing and Heating has been our go to contractor to keep the unit running for a few extra years so that we can have the luxury of prioritizing what we will fix next in this house. We recommend this team for all of your plumbing and heating needs. They always make you a priority, they are dependable, and most importantly, they are honest and affordable. Definitely a top notch outfit and worth a five star rating. If we could give them ten stars, we would. Highly recommend!!
