Winnie's Drain Cleaning

I frequently choose small local businesses for their services and most of the time with great success. Unfortunately that was not the case with Winnie’s drain cleaning. The owner Winnie, who claimed to have years of experience, didn’t seem to know what he was doing when he attempted to clear my back drain. After 2 days of work, our drain was still clogged. He claimed our drain was clear but as soon as I paid him $350 and he left not ten minutes later I found my drain still backed up. I called him back but he never answered my call or returned my message.
