The City Plumbers

This place is a joke. I bought a gas dryer, and all I needed was to have a shut-off valve installed for the gas hookup, which is a super quick and easy job. The first time I called them to make an appointment, they wouldn't admit it but they totally forgot to put me on the calendar and didn't show up. At least I was able to make an appointment for two days later. Today the "plumber" came, and based on his braces, baby smooth skin and combined lack of knowledge, he probably just graduated high school. He took one look at my dryer, peaked at the manual, and told me he couldn't help me because I had an ELECTRIC DRYER rather than a GAS dryer like I thought. I took a closer look at my dryer tonight on my own, and as it turns out it IS IN FACT DEFINITELY A GAS DRYER. WTH. I'm done.
