ABE Service Company

Called twice because of smelling fumes in my house from the furnace. No service person ever called me back either time. I waited over a week....At least a curtesy call to say that they were too busy to fit me in would have been nice. Called another place and they were there the next day and had wonderful service.

Very disappointed with Abe's service company, My boiler had gone done and having just bought the house I called Abe's as they had their service sticker on the side of the boiler. This was very late at night so I left a message and he called me back in the morning and said he could be out to look at it later on that morning. I told him that's great, I won't be home buy my wife will be. He showed up and diagnosed the control panel and told my wife we needed a new one, and said that he would call me. I never heard from him and called him that night and left a message, (Thursday night) still no call Friday and I called twice. I did not hear from him all weekend and upon calling several more times he finally called back on Tuesday and asked if I wanted to order the part. I told him yes as it was the middle of January and I didn't have any heat. He got the part and installed it on Thursday (one week after I lost heat) When I got home from work Thursday evening the boiler was again dead. I called and left several messages until the tech finally called me back Friday afternoon and told me he couldn't get out till Monday morning. Being faced with the yet another weekend of no heat in January I did some research and with several hours of my time driving around looking for parts on Saturday I was able to fix the boiler. Abe's never offered an apology and I constantly had to call them to find out what was going on, often going for days without hearing back from them. I will not be dealing with them again.

Very professional! I have had lots of work done by them. Honest, affordable and dependable.
