I thought Corey was so great at first, but when I called him a third time, he interrupted me and talked very snotty to me. I am a 60- year- old woman. I wonder how he would feel about someone speaking to his mother the way he did to me. Apparently, my husband, who controls the purse strings and insists on paying the bills, had been late paying. (I’m talking about relatively small amounts of money). I did my best and had NO IDEA there was a problem, or why would I have been calling for more work to be done? He had every right to say he wouldn’t work here anymore, but he could have and SHOULD have spoken respectfully to me. If he wanted to degrade someone, why wasn’t he man enough to call my husband when there was a problem and yell at him? I tried to explain that I didn’t know there was a problem. Corey needs to grow up and learn to honor mothers (and those old enough to be his mother or grandmother). Update: In response to the owner’s response: Corey absolutely did speak to me in a degrading, disrespectful, and yes, snotty tone and manner. I ABSOLUTELY had no idea there was still a problem; in fact, I don’t understand to this minute if you’re saying we never paid, or we paid but it was late, or what. Obviously I wouldn’t have been calling if I knew there was an issue. I never received a phone call or bill (but one). Maybe someone else at my address did, but I didn’t see or hear from you, so I don’t know. I thought all was well. Therefore, I should not have been snarled at. He could have just said in a professional tone, “ I can’t do anymore work for you because your payment is/was late,” and explained the situation rather than talk to me like I was a piece of dirt. As a business, please do not tell me how I feel - I felt extremely disrespected.

I would highly recommend these guys! Corey was on time, very professional and did a great job fixing the toilets in my house. I will be calling them anytime I need more work done here. Thanks again!

I have a rental property in Carlisle, while living across the country, which can be stressful when things break. Corey did a great job ensuring communication was between himself and us, while making the repair in a timely manner. Will use again!

I had old waterheater break around 5pm i called George AFTER hrs n he picked up walked me though trouble shooting .when that didnt work he replaced it the next day . here by 11am .so im very happy with this service,ty again
