We were desperate first time customers on Memorial Day when for the first time in 40+ years we experienced a septic tank issue. Due to the consideration and thoroughness of our technician that day, Shawn, we were back in business before the whole day was ruined. Since then, the company has not only worked with us to pinpoint the issue, but responded in a very professional and educated manner to work through the steps with us, to resolve our issue. They have been so prompt and thorough with us, that I would never consider calling in a different company if the need arises in the future.

Shawn was awesome!! He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing it. I am very happy with the outcome (unclogged drain and fixed a broken seal) and I highly recommend Roto -Rooter.

Toilet wasn’t getting flushed and I thought I was in for a rough night, however thanks to Roto Rooter, they sent Matt who was able to come and fix it quickly, best part is they have an on call tech all day and night which comes in handy! Great job and service, really appreciate it! Thanks

These guys here went above and beyond to help us with our drainage in our basement. Mike was simply awesome.
