DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!!!! This company isn’t owned by Carl & Suzie Frantz anymore. The business Carl & Suzie worked hard to build with professional, competent, and customer oriented service NO LONGER EXISTS… the new management/owners are incompetent, have no attention to detail and lousy customer service. Simple instructions included for installing items weren’t even looked at which caused major problems and they refused to fix the problem. Another installer had to fix the issue. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!!

I just had my furnace and AC replaced. I couldn't be happier with the job that was done from start to finish. I have nothing but good things to say all the way around. Thank you Ben for making this a great experience!!

Good to deal with. Had a problem but they made it right .

Find a more affordable and honest plumber that cares about you. They spent 8 hours just to diagnosis and slapped us with 1000 bill for that. Even googles says a high end plumber in Chambersburg PA is 700 and that actually includes fixing the issue. We fixed it ourselves for 300. They charge double for parts too.

The guy they sent out looked at the job and didn’t know what to do, then came back after hours and charged me an arm and a leg and told me I had to caulk the leaking pipe myself. Still having issues after calling them. Not a satisfied customer.
