As usual there was nobody available for assistance. I don't know why I continue going back to any Home Depot store. Maybe I'm hoping they'll read their reviews and step up the customer service. I wish we had a Lowe's close by, I'd STOP going to Home Depot completely.

Hired water heater install through this store, and they installed a cheaper unit that doesn't qualify for the rebate, plus installer was rude, would not do demolition (another day without hot water!), and store is nonresponsive. Bait and switch! Beware of ripoff scam! Total cost was $1,585 for 40 gallon gas water heater!
