Dan is very punctual and transparent. We appreciate him being completely upfront before he does a job and makes sure we are all on the same page. He does excellent work and the job right. We highly recommend him.

I am in the process of selling my home and the buyer's home inspector identified a potential issue. I contacted American Drain and reached Dan. I described the issue to him and rather than waste my time and try to make a sale, he advised me that I needed a basement water proofing company to provide an assessment and not a plumber. It turned out that he was exactly right and he saved me time (and potentially money) by providing honest advice without trying to sell me something that I did not need. I will definitely be calling American Drain up when I actually do have a plumbing issue. I would highly recommend them.
