Our technician Louis was excellent! He came to our rescue quickly and gave us lots of helpful information. Not to mention was able to quickly and easily diagnose and resolve or backed up main sewer pipe! He took his time and explained everything step by step. I truly appreciate your service! Thank you!!

Louis came out to take a look at our sump pump drain. He was here in no time at all and got the job done fast the next day. Lou is an honest guy who wants to help as much as he can. I’d definitely be giving him a call in the future for any plumbing needs!

Feb 1,2019 freezing cold our tech JOSH kept at the whole house trap until it was cleared! non stop working outside the whole time. I thought the flat rate was a little steep but after seeing what he did for about 2 and1/2 hours it was cheap. Good hard working man and very polite. Highly recommend

They put in heated on 3/20. They left no paperwork or receipt though I didnt think of that at the time. A weatherization expert came out to h ome yesterday for an audit. when saw heater told me a major safety valve had not been installed. Because I had no paperwork I had to call 3 Mr rooters. Ironically the first 2 the wrong ones were very nice and tried to be as helpful as they could. The 3rd one turned out to be correct. in Norristown. As soon as he answered the phone and I explained situation, that the weatherization guy pointed it out he immediatekly started debating with me, who was the guy, what are his credentials etc. i told him it was very obvious there was no valve where the pressure valve was supposed to be. Then he started in on what exactly was the issue how did I not know it was there etc. I told him I wasnt going to debate h im. It wasnt his business who the auditor was, why he was there, or his credentials. I also told him I received no paperwork form them and he told me "we sent it to your phone" I told him I have a landline. he couldnt have sent it to my phone, Well Ill send it agaoin. again I had to say, in a louder voi8ce getting more and more irate as he debated and argued with me and ignored what i said that I have a landline it is not a cellphone you cannot send anything to it. Then he says Ill send it to your email and before i say Fine he starts again with who was this man who told you the valve wasnt there? I told him I paid you 1387.00 for a heater and expect that it would be oput inb with all parts and this is missing and why was he arguing with me and working to make this unpleasant at which point he told me it was I who was causing problems. They didnt give me paperwork, they did not do the j ob completely leaving off a major safety component and then had the audacity to argue with me about what clearly needed to be done. Now they just called me back said he was not the person with whom I spoke that was dispatch this was the office and made an appointment to come tomorrow but given what transpired on that phonecall once they fix what they left undone I will not use them again.

My laundry drain became totally blocked yesterday (2/1/19) Your technician Louis came that afternoon and gave me an estimated price for the work, which was fully explained. Louis promptly returned this morning (2/2/19) and unblocked the drain, as well as replace some aged plumbing under the sink. He also cleaned up the mess when he was finished with the work. He again fully explained the charges as well as how to maintain unblocked pipework. He was very courteous and efficient. I would most definitely use your services again and recommend Louis highly!
