Bought carpeting in January from this place it now April miss 4 days of work 1 for measuring another for the installation at that time they told us they will have to come back to do the steps which required another day off. guess what they came 1 carpet need 2 to put all the pieces on the truck. told me they will have to come back again. Can't tell me when Another day off costing me 2000 dollars in lost pay I talked to the .manager she said o well nothing we could. Be careful with this store they don't care. Not fair at all Pro Install bull crap STAY AWAY I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THIS

I guess it was asking too much for someone to help us with our order of custom blinds. After we asked 3 associates for help we were told it was not their job but they would get someone to help us. No one came after they supposedly called 2 times. We ended up very frustrated and disappointed. It was sad that oour big order for blinds was kicked to the curb. Shame on Home Depot for having hired "slugs" to do a job to help people. Obviously they are in the wrong profession. Its not the first time that this kind of problem has happened there. We have switched to Lowe's.
