I needed my heat pump fixed as the house was not cooling down. I called their number at 10:00 pm on Sunday night and Willie called back almost immediately. He came the next day and repaired the unit. When I was concerned about it not cooling fast enough he returned immediately to check it out. All was OK. What great service. I had not used them before but am very impressed with the concern and customer service. I recommend them highly.

These people are the best at what they do. They wipe the floor with the competition. They may not be the cheapest, aithough their prices are fair. The quality of their work, and dedication to satisfying a customers needs, far outweigh any difference in price. They arrived at my house at 8am In the morning, and did not leave until after 9pm in the evening, after they had restored heat to all of my home. My boiler broke down in the middle of the night, in sub zero temperatures, all of my pipes froze, and some burst. Willie and his team labored all day, in temperatures that did not climb out of single digits, restoring heat and hot water to my home. They did not stop until the boiler issues were remedied, the frozen pipes thawed, and bursts sealed and soldered. All this with minimal damage to the home. They knew their stuff, theoretical and practical, and achieved a result, that even I thought unobtainable at times. From that day forward they have been the only plumbing and heating company I have hired. They have taken care of all my new installations, and the servicing of my existing items, and since that one night of hell, I Have not had a similar problem, or any new problems with their installations, and ongoing preventative maintainence program. If you want it done right the first time, call Absolute Plumbing, and Willie and his team will take care of you, the right way, the first time. Because although Willie and his team are always happy to see you, they hate to have to come back and redo their work a second time for free, as this is one company in the Pocono area that guarantees their work, and has pride i their reputation.
