Our technician, Ivan, was wonderful. He explained everything he was going to do. We also received a text and email that Ivan was on his way to our house. Andreas stands behind their work and does a quality job at a fair and honest price.

Had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday evening. Technician was sent out promptly, was very nice, and able to fix our broken pipe immediately. Easy to contact after hours, only plumber I called on a Sunday who had an on-call line where I didn’t have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.

When my elderly parents smelled smoke in their house we called Andreas Plumbing, since we used them several times before for various installations and repairs. They came out immediately to peruse the problem. The charge was 189.00 for the technician to enter the house. The problem was a new blower unit which needed to be replaced for the central heating . My parents paid the 189 up front and asked if it was possible to establish a 3 part payment plan, like they did last year, for the 864 quoted. They would pay 300 today, 300 October and 264 the following month. The owner stated no! My parents are 88 and 90 do not owe money, are on a fixed income, their taxes are due in October. They have paid this company for the last service ahead of time on a agreed payment plan. My Dad is a veteran of WWII and Korea. It is shameful when organizations get greedy about senior citizens especially when it comes to heating. Pennsylvania is not an advocate for senior citizens. I would not use this organization again. Seniors beware of organizations that won't work with honest citizens who pay their debts on time.

Geat service. Had my well pump go right before the weekend and two younger guys came out on a Saturday and confirmed it had died and stayed until 10pm that night to pull the pump and replace it so i had water again. They were professional and did an amazing job.
