They are professional and friendly, but they charge for diagnostic and charge higher for after hours and wanted $5600 to repair my AC. I used home advisor and J & T Heating and Air Conditioning diagnosed for free and charged me $3200 to repair. J & T also came after hours for free and was very professional. I recommend calling J & T Heating and AC If you want to save money.
Their techs are incredibly friendly and reliable. Their customer service is second to none and they are very fast in emergency situations. I can’t recommend them enough!
RJ Groner's team of receptionist, technicians and sales persons have been nothing but efficient, professional and friendly. On time service; knowledgeable and polite techs; very neat and clean work, and they cleaned up all areas they were working in as well. Highly recommend
