De-Clog Plumbing Sewer-N-Drain

Called last Thursday and never received a call back as promised. Today (following Wednesday) I received a text message apologizing for not calling back, but the reason was because they had phone issues. In the meantime I called another company last Friday and they came and repaired my toilet issues on Monday. I’ve used De-Clog once before and they responded and fixed my issue quickly, thus the reason I called them this time. I gave them the 4 Stars for past work AND for apologizing on the more recent issue.

Called this place and left a message 8am on Friday asking for a call back - didn’t hear anything so I called again at 1pm, spoke with a woman who said she got my message and I was the 6th job on their list and she’s call me as it got closer to my turn. By 6pm I called her again to get an ETA, She said there were still 4 more jobs ahead of mind and she’d call me by 8pm with an ETA. Now, I have NO PROBLEM waiting for the service but she NEVER CALLED BACK - That was 3 days ago!!! That’s just bad customer service. At 8:0pm I called another plumber - I won’t ever attempt to use this place again. They have a genuine disrespect for their customers and I’m happy to spread the word!! ????????????

I had my septic pump die and I called de clog through recommendation of a friend. He didn't have any extra pumps on hand but still stopped by to make sure my pump wasn't just clogged in attempts to save me a few bucks. Turns out my pump was completely dead, he ran down to the store grabbed a pump and changed it in the freezing cold and snowing (at least I thought it was cold but he didn't seem to be bothered by it). So all in all either two trips to my house, an attempt to save me money, and freezing cold weather with snow on the ground he was still cheaper than any other place I called.. definite 5 star recommendation
