Pocono Well & Pump Service

Bill and John were awesome! They diagnosed the issue with our WELL then went above and beyond to help with other aspects of our system. They took time to explain everything. We’re grateful for their help. Reasonable priced too... great to find such competent and helpful people.

Kyle , Mike, and crew came out to my daughter's house to tend to a sulphur ( rotten egg smell) in the water.. I will say this about them . They came on time , they are hard working and friendly, and by the time the job was finished, we were all drinking a clear cold glass of water from the tap... These guys are professionals and get the job done.... What more can I say but thank you gentlemen for a job well done...

Called for a well pump inspection, they picked up quick and everything was scheduled for Thursday from 1-3pm, and we were at the house and no one showed up. Got a call later the day that they forgot the appointment(they apologized), so I rescheduled for the day after at 4pm. Come Friday we were at the home from 10am-6pm and no one showed. Have had no problem scheduling anyone for this home until now

It is very hard finding trustworthy contractors in the Pocono’s. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Mike and Kyle have gone beyond expectations I have. They originally installed my Well and have serviced it for me. Anytime I have a question or a problem not only will they answer my phone calls but they will come and solve it for me. They will not scam you in anyway, very honest people and have helped me save a lot. Thanks for the help again today guy’s
