Excellent company, gets the job done.
I called and they were here in less than half an hour. They were in and out within the hour , which I think is a bonus, who wants to wait around to have the drains done? They used a high pressure system and cleared my line clear to the street. It did cost $200, however I am pleased with the job they did. You get what you pay for! I would recommend them and will use them again when needed.
Will never use again. Came to my business not even a week ago, snaked the drain, charged me $200. Just a week later, drain is backing up again. Called him to come back to fix it, wants to charge another $200 to snake the drain again. I told him no, he said "well I already snaked the drain you have to pay me". I told him to leave my business and he started yelling at me. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER use again. Doesn't do the job right the first time.
