Serviceman came to my house for a kitchen pipe leakage and bathroom pipe clogged. The serviceman seen there was a rusted bolt, put lube on it and let it sit, to try to lossen it but he then stated he needs a 2nd guy to help him. Left for 45 mins and came back. Then went upstairs to my bathroom to look around and say he needs a second guy. Then he went to my bathroom downstairs and took apart the base of the toilet, the wax ring/seal, said it was rusted and left it out on the floor. Then he left again. He left my house twice for 45 mins during this "labor" process. After coming back the second time, he asked for a payment of $235 for labor and he would return with help in a couple days, and the price is $40-$50 more per hr. Nothing was done!!! He stated "he never seen anything like this." We asked him "how are you going to get the bolt off?" he replied, "we're going to have to get creative." What??? I'm not spending another couple hundred dollars on this again, especially because he seemed like he didn't know what he was doing! Nor am I waiting to use our facilities for a couple days. All he did was try to get off a bolt and lube it, and then moved my toilet and lubed that too, and then left! Now we have no sinks or toilets to use! So now my husband is doing the labor that the serviceman was suppose to do, because we need these necessities to shower, clean, cook, and use the bathroom!!! Terrible service!!! My husband is getting it done. Don't bother spending hundreds of dollars on service that just gives up and doesn't know what they're doing! You'll end up living like a caveman, and at a lost for your money.
