Had a big emergency this weekend! Late Saturday night, my basement was flooded, main drain clogged. I called Tom, and he immediately put me at ease. He was prompt, quick response time, very professional, and got the job done! I highly recommend him. I had called a few other plumbers before I reached out to Tom, as I had never used him before prior to this. I could not get anyone to even respond, let alone provide service. So many companies advertise 24-hour emergency service, but good luck getting somebody to come out late at night on a Saturday. Tom however is a different story. He was the only one who responded. I really appreciate it and can't recommend him enough. It's so stressful when you have a ton of water in your basement, you just want someone to come out and help you as quickly as possible. Don't waste your time calling other people. This was my first experience using Tom's services and I will definitely call him again if the situation arises.

Service was prompt and professional and done in less time than quoted on the phone, which we appreciated. He was significantly later than the original appointment, but it wasn't a huge issue at the time. Would definitely use again

Tom did a great job installing some new fixtures and was able to fix a faucet I thought was beyond repair. He was able to accommodate the day I requested and was prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend Tom Suica for all your plumbing needs!

Great service. Had a simple problem, leaking basement shower. Tried to fix it myself several times and failed. Called Tom and he was able to come out within a reasonable time. Not only did he fix the problem, but took the time to school me on how he fixed it. I will definitely call him again if I ever have any more problems.

Great guy! Called him with some issues installing my toilet. He had me send him pictures and called me right back with an easy solution to my problem! Even called me again later to make sure everything went well!
