Had an issue with my furnace right when the temps began to plummet. Called, after hours, and I received a phone call within 5 minutes. I was told someone would be there first thing in the morning. Tech came out (slightly late but solely the icy weather to blame) and walked me through the possible problems and solutions so I could make an informed decision. Turns out it was my furnace’s control board. The Tech recommended a new system but was not pushy and again, gave me all of my options without asking. Very professional. I went the inexpensive route, and the Tech was incredibly clean and worked diligently. He even showed me what was wrong, which led to a slightly higher price than quoted, and explained why the extra work was necessary. Again, very professional and certainly understandable given the circumstances. While I did not purchase a new furnace, I know if I have to, I will contact this small business again. I just called for a quote and the representative that got on the phone to do it was completely rude, was sighing, and not friendly at all. I would not recommend this calling this company for anything. I would hate to have spent thousands of dollars and gotten an attitude like that if i had an issue.
