Friendly service but no so handy. Came in with the mindset that he had to make it work and wouldn't admit that alternative parts might be better suited to the job. Ever seen someone try to make an old appliance work by just banging it? That's how this guy approached plugging in a new dryer into an electrical socket instead of taking the time to see what was really wrong with the socket. Thanks, it works but now I have to replace the switch plate that you cracked. In hindsight I should have told him to leave and just finished the job myself.
