Incredibly knowledgeable, very fair pricing, outstanding work. We were referred to Frank with the recommendation that he was very fair and honest, which we found to be 100% accurate. Finding trade professionals that don’t need to advertise due to a full load of business via word of mouth references is always like striking gold, and that’s the case with Frank Fox. Highly recommended!!!
Thought he seemed great at first. Has an attitude, also not willing to do some of the work a plumber should be able to do. Would suggest looking into a company with better capabilities.
I cannot say enough good things about Frank and the work he does. Most recently he installed a hot water heater for our family in a very short time frame (we had no hot water, so it was urgent!). He also contacted and coordinated a reliable electrician for us because we needed electric run for the HW heater. He is professional, has excellent communication, and does a clean job from start to finish. Frank has been a staple of the Emmaus community for decades and I can understand why!
I had the good fortune of having this outstanding plumber. I was told by several plumbers my eleven year old home did not have proper size plumbing.A major fix. By fate a good friend recommended Frank Fox. In one hour Frank figured it out.I needed a new entire house pressure valve. Frank drove back to his supply area retuned in thirty minutes and BINGO my home has terrific water pressure everywhere.I am so thankful for his help and very fair bill. He is the plumber every one wishes they had. I do not understand the low rating on this site. Perhaps the people who use Frank Fox with great success just do not review him. I am a Senior Citizen who constantly has service people who attempt to rip off. You are safe with Frank Fox. Thank you, Frank, Vicki Youngelman
