Sean from S. A. Way was so helpful in a pinch. We had a water main break that ran under our garage and driveway. We called him on a Friday night around 8ish and he was there the next day to help. He took care of everything for us. We had our home under contract with a time restraint for settlement in less than a week. From talking with a bothersome realtor/ future homeowners to all the township calls....we had nothing more then praises for this company and the final product. As for the cost and quality, we will definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

Reached out to get an emergency job done i.e busted sewer line, and after the 1st day of making contact with S A Way, I haven't heard back. I texted/called several times without a reply. I would't mind if it wasn't an emergency. All I really needed was an update or someone to tell me they aren't able to go out. Meanwhile my tenant is in a hotel while the unit is being drenched with sewer. I've used S A Way in other jobs and I'm not saying anything against the work that he does - its definitely professional, but when a client has an emergency, I recommend not keeping them guessing and at least getting back to them. I would recommend S A Way - but for emergency jobs or immediate assistance, definitely check out Benjamin Franklin. A little more costly, but well worth it.

Sean and his company are the best in the business. They have replaced our water main and sewer main in Lancaster City. They are efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. They go out of their way to make sure the home owner isn't inconvenienced for longer than necessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have these major repairs done.
