I would give them a negative if I could. Absolutely one of worst plumbers we've ever dealt with. I would highly advise anyone to call someone else. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of of this company. The owner doesn't return calls, tends to be vacant and simply doesn't seem to care about the customer one bit. Sloppy work, inconsiderate employees cut corners, had to keep on calling because of issues with work not being done right or not being complete. Excuse after excuse.. They cut electrical wires in our garage ceiling seemingly on purpose while installing a drain they incorrectly installed the first time. They constantly like to damage or break things then they either try to blame other employees or someone else altogether. I'm certain they broke our toilet while installing it then tried to say it already had a hairline crack in it. Early on I saw the signs and went against my gut and gave them the work. Shame on me I should've hired someone else. Paul as well as the rest of the staff are absolutely unprofessional. There are many great pumblers out there don't make the same mistake we did. They are less expensive then others and now I understand why. Apparently Now they are trying to have their employees smere my name because of their horrible customer service and inability to do good work. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!! COMPANIES WEB SITE SLOGAN CAN"T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH "We seek to build a personal relationship with our customers" They seek to have their employees retaliatory slander you on google if your not happy with their very bad customer service and hack of a plumbing job......

I bought a "fixer-upper" of a home that has custom-designed systems and has required extensive work over the past two years, and Moon Mechanical has been an excellent resource. The home has a 50 year-old wet radiant floor heating system and they have been able to identify and fix problems expediently and at reasonable costs. A/C issues have been more standard and they've addressed those without fail, too.

Great place great boss tough world to please everybody but highly recommended to get the job done.

We couldn't be happier with our service by Moon Mechanical. The service technician, Josh, was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he fixed our furnace in a timely manner. He really took the time to explain what was wrong with the furnace in a way that we could understand. They treated us with so much respect and really took the time to listen to our concerns. You can't find many businesses like that anymore. I would highly recommend Moon Mechanical to anyone!!!!
