A simple kindness goes a long way. I spoke with Sara today about a drain in my basement that wasn't draining. I wasn't a sewage backup. It was more of a drainage from my central air that was pooling around the drain. After speaking with Sara and awaiting a return call for an available tech to come out and take a look, John called. He said he overheard my conversation and told me it wasn't about not coming out for the job but it sounded like something simple I could fix myself and save me some money. I did as he suggest and it worked! Sara and John were kind, thoughtful and selfless. These are the kind of people I want to do business with and will most certainly book them for future project and/or services.

John installed gas service to our industrial baking oven. Very professional, could not have done a better job. Highly recommend his service.

5.0 star rating 2/18/2019 Called Shelton Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. It was a Friday and they were willing to come out that day but I was leaving and scheduled them for Monday Morning between 8:30 and 9:30. The doorbell rang at 8:31 AM and I met Jake and Chris at the door. Very professional with boot covers and clean drop cloths. Both guys were a pleasure to work with. I have a difficult closet installation where the hot water tank has to be lifted over the gas line running up through the floor. They were careful and did a clean and professional installation. Everything was done in less than an hour. I'm a former Remodeler - retired and these guys were excellent. Price was good too!

We met John and Denny after purchasing a home with multiple issues that went undisclosed at time of sale. Our upstairs bathroom plumbing leaked water all through the kitchen below. John identified several problems and provided us with a solid recommendation on how to move forward. We ended up ripping out the whole kitchen and replacing the corroded plumbing. John was wonderful - he saved the porcelain tile around the bathtub and searched for handles that would maintain the vintage look of the bathtub. He also saved the flooring around the toilet in our vintage black and white bathroom when another issue with the plumbing below thet toilet came up. John was very conscientious when it came to finding a way to get the replacement plumbing work to remain flush with the walls so that it wouldn't interfere with the kitchen aesthetics. Everything came out beautiful! I also decided to update a powder room on the first floor. I hated the bathroom when we bought the house - I kept the door shut all the time. John helped me pick out a sink and suggested a waterfall faucet. The update has made that small bathroom one of my favorite rooms- it turned out so nice and I'll always remember having a great experience with John helping me pick items for it. John and his team were patient and understanding working around the electricians, painters, and contractors we had visiting. They might charge more than other services, but the money you invest is well worth their customer service, expertise, kindness, and the quality of the finished product. I rest easy each day knowing that I will not have to worry about any future plumbing issues because of how well they completed the jobs at my home .That is worth every dollar - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing service!

Shelton Plumbing was great! They were able to come out and look at our issue the same day I called. The guys were extremely nice and made sure the clog was completely clear and all toilets/sinks/showers drained properly without backing up before they left! We will definitely be using Shelton Plumbing in the future if needed.
