Extremely unhappy. Since installation of hot water boiler system in 2015. First year no problem, but every year after there was. (We use heat here for 6 months out of a year) When I contacted them about issue with furnace starting. Their response was they have to come out every year to service. Since I didn't call them back the first year. I will be responsible for the service call. So they came out and I was charged. (Supposedly they repaired the problem) I've paid over $6,000 plus this extra service and repair charge and the furnace is only a few years old. Now to, Dec. 2018 so far this winter it was working. *Last night same issue Dec. 6th, 2018 at 7pm., Thursday evening. I receive a call the furnace is not turning on again! Ugh.....main reason I spent the money for a new furnace was so we would not have furnace problems. Right now, I do not trust them and do not and will not refer them to anyone.

Called on a Sunday for a part and was helped by phone to come in on Monday for the part. Very courteous and helpful. Called 6 other places and no one answered their phones or called back. Thanks a bunch and see you Monday!!!
