Called to evaluate a water Heater that was less than one-year-old. After a valuation the technician stated that I needed a new water heater because the computer was damaged. After calling the plumber that initially installed the water heater for warrantee information he quickly file a heater that was less than oneyear old. A small rubber ball stuck in the HVAC place by my three-year-old. Big difference to be charged $20 versus $3000 which I was quoted. Would not recommend anybody who would jump to replacing the system at the drop of a dime without doing found the problem after only five minutes.
