Terrible customer Service!! TERRIBLE!!! Called them yesterday with a bathroom drain issue and he said he wouldn't be able to get to me until today (which was fine) but didn't have an exact time he stated that he would call me in the morning! So never got a call so at 9:45am i give him a call he calls me back and says " I was there, I left my card in your door" He never called!! I have a 3 story house and dont hear people knocking when upstairs!!! Now my bathroom is ripped apart as needed for him to do the work and all he did was shove a card in my door and leave!!! TERRIBLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL way to do business...You dont not provide someone a time and then also not call them as u stated you would,and then shove a card in there door and leave...HE also got smart with me and told me to find someone else when i said i cant sit in my living room all day and wait for a plumber that NEVER gave me a time of arrival or called and said he was coming!!! thats not even LOGICAL at all!! he made no attempt to supply good customer service at all...Will never recommend them or call them for anything again!
