The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the process step by step and worked efficiently to complete a difficult job. After 2 different plumbing services failed to show multiple times, I called Roto Rooter in desperation on Friday night and they offered me a service appointment the next afternoon. Cody (Tech #3396) showed up right on time, did great work, was courteous, pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. It's never fun dealing with home repairs but this was one of the better experiences I've had with a service company of any kind.
