Was in panic mode when I seen a leak coming into my living room. Had another service (Roto-Rooter) come out and basically tell me there was nothing they could do unless they ripped apart my whole house. They gave me a quote of $9000. NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I then turned to Bill Brown for a second opinion. He came to my house and was very professional. Told me the day he would be here and he was here. Took care of business and has everything working again. I will always call Bill with any plumbing issues.
Scheduled me twice, never showed up. Never got a call from them saying they wouldn't be showing up. Tried calling and would be sent to voicemail. Completely unreliable.
Showed up on time, provided great service, was very knowledgeable on the water heater he installed.
Bill helped me out with an emergency repair the same day, and explained things in great detail so I knew exactly what the issue was. Incredibly professional and honest. Thanks again Bill.
Awful service. He missed 2 appointments and never even called to explain or reschedule. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BUM! He is more of a bummer than a plumber.
