Was supposed to do a simple service on my furnace and a/c. I wanted petrucci to work up a price on a new furnace and a/c, so I knew how much to have set aside the day they needed replaced. I came home from work my a/c did not work. Nick left duct work unattached and rubber orings laying by my unit. I was left a VM saying everything needed replaced but worked fine the week before. I put together what he did not and started my a/c back up after running my Central air for 2 days I noticed the floor was wet by my furnace and this has never once happened before. I would give them a 0 star for their unprofessional business conduct and for damaging my furnace/Central air so they would need replaced.
