I recently needed two HVAC systems to be replaced at my office building. The other three systems in my building were Trane and I wanted to standardize on their products. My prior HVAC contractor said that Trane equipment could not fit and offered a Trane "knock off". I reached out to Affordable Comfort Contracting and set a date for Greg Gill to meet me at the building. Greg performed a thorough inspection of my current systems and building structure. He advised Trane equipment would fit. Affordable's price for 2 Five Ton systems was the same as the "knock off". There crew was outstanding and professional. They arrived on schedule, their work was cleaned up each day and the job finished one day early. The "Thank You" note and delivery of warranty certificates made the experience even better. I highly recommend them!
