The Long's are always kind and courteous. We have used them on multiple occasions from installing faucets to plumbing emergencies. They are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and do good work.

Longs plumbing will always have my business. This company has years of knowledge and experience. Jim long and Erik long are absolute experts their work and customer service is top notch. Don't wasted your time and money calling their competitors the work speaks for its self!!!!

We had a non-emergent kitchen sink problem. We called Saturday morning and got an apologetic call Sunday night because Mark was gone all weekend. We let him know that ours was not an emergency but to call us when he could have someone come out and look at it. Jesse came out today and did a great job! He actually found another issue with our dishwasher and fixed that while he was here, saving us more issues down the road! It can be difficult to find someone trustworthy and reliable - we are so glad that we did!

Horrible customer service when I asked how much our bill was and how we were billed. Screamed and yelled as if we were trying to rip them off and hung up on us twice. Billed us for 2 hours 8:00am-10:00am but our cameras show the plumber didnt arrive until 8:50am. Never sent us an invoice so decides they want to tack on late charges on top of everything else. Unprofessional and unorganized then customer is at fault. How do we pay if we have no bill, had no idea what the bill was. Ridiculous way to run a business.
