Excellent experience, extreame knowledge about the work, has the most varied plumbing background as it relates to service and repair. Clean, courteous, and respectful, and very efficient with the time needed for repairs. Able to solve every plumbing problem you can think of and some you would never think of. All around great plumber. Sadly no longer in business...................
had Tom out to replace a pressure tank, check the drains in the main bath as well as change out the head in the master bath. He was great! He's it, buck stops with him so it might be a minute till he can get to you but I just plan ahead and understand that other ppl have urgent needs. Since the buck stops w/him his rates are SUPER fair and I'm a bit on the frugal.
