He came by the house, failed to unclog a pipe...charged me $160 anyway.he didn't have the equipment. Boo! Had to call another plumber who unclogged it immediately.

Mr. Rudd came out to a local campground to help weary travelers unplug a clogged black water tank. Not his specialty, he said, but would give it a try. Success! We were so appreciative!!and

Jack has always been a great person to call very professional no matter what time of day or night you need him.

I cannot say enough positive things about this guy. He has always exceeded my expectations. He had gone to "bat" for me multiple times to the city. Call me if you have question...I am that amazed with him.

So far I am impressed. I just hung up with the guy. It's Sunday the 2nd just after New Years at 10pm. He answered the phone personally....at 10pm at night. I own a property in LaGrande that had a pipe break and it is leaking everywhere. I'm personally out of town and can't take care of it. He said he will run right over there and get the water shut off so no further damage will happen until he can get in there to actually fix the issue in the morning. If things don't run as smooth tomorrow, I will update my post, but for now, I am very happy!
