Very responsive. I left a message on Sunday evening. Mine was not an emergency that could not wait overnight and I said that in the message. They called at 7 am on Monday and came out by 1 pm. I needed a drain cleaned and a quote for a water heater. They were very professional, courteous, careful and knowledgeable. They were also incredibly helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I was then able to assess what I needed to ask them to start doing and all cost was explained up front. They even came within hours after I called but that may depend on their schedule. I can easily say that I will continue to use them if any other plumbing issues arise. I am having a plumbing nightmare in a relatively newly constructed house. First Class Leak Detection came out one month ago (of course it was a holiday and at night) and spent two hours here trying to work on the issues. It seemed to clear but we all knew then that if this happened again they needed a 2 man crew and the really big snake. Sure enough, same thing happened last night. The same guy showed up and as soon as he saw my house, he remembered and we agreed no point in trying until they had a 2 man crew. The manager, Lincoln, had 2 guys at my doorstep at 8am sharp. And they spent 2 more hours trying to find the issue with the camera. They finally concluded that the 90 degree angle at the clean out is sinking. They explained exactly what needed to be done to my contractor who will now have to tear apart the concrete, etc. Guys did an amazing job of researching and also temporarily fixed the lines so that we can at least function in this house until the contractor can do the job next week. These guys are for real. I was a trained plumber in the military, but had a real tricky problem with a leak in my irrigation system. I flat out couldn't find the source of the problem. My side yard was becoming a swamp. Standing water in the flower beds and lawn area.
