The employees here were super helpful. I went in to get some parts to install a sink, which I've never done before. I had limited knowledge about what all I needed. The guy that helped me asked me helpful questions to determine what I needed and got it for me. I was there for less than 10 minutes and got everything I needed. With a fussy baby, the speed with which I got in and out was amazing. Definitely giving them my business in the future.
There were a great with our new water heater purchase, and making sure we all the right parts to complete the plumbing.
First off, I was invited to their grand re-opening concert that was top-drawer! Not only that, I won a free TOTO toilet! When I told Brian the Manager that I really didn't need a toilet he gave me 2 new Bemis soft close toilet seats for free! Best customer service anywhere and a great new store! No reason to go anywhere else! Thank Brian! Customer for life!
