North Valley Plumbing

I can appreciate that tradesmen get busy, but I cannot for the life of me understand why they don't follow up on calls. I contacted North Valley Plumbing for the purpose of looking at a potential water leak. The person I spoke with said they may be out either the same day or the next. Several days later no plumber and no returned calls. An earlier attempt netted me the excuse - I didn't have access to my phone so I was unable to get messages. Their web site claims reliable service; so far they haven't shown it to me.

Excellent service - they came out within a few days and did excellent work! My husband says Robert was the most efficient plumber he's worked with, definitely no time wasting.
