Canby Plumbing Inc

Poor customer service and zero communication. I had scheduled and even call to confirm appointment 3 times day before and morning of the appointment. Still the plumber did not show up. After 3 hours waiting, I called Canby Plumbing to see why they hadn't show up and when will the plumber going to come. They respond were "we are busied and if the plumber hasn't show up, then he is not going to come. Call Milwaukee plumbing, you may get better service."

I have had there service tech out a few months back when here he was good at the services I needed,(That day) they were to follow up on my request for more services I needed the plumber "Bob" said he would make sure they followed up. Well two months passed and nothing, I called the office and was assured they would speak to "Bob" and they would get right back to me well another 10 days have gone by and no follow up. I would say that I will not ever recommend the services of Canby Plumbing again and I'm local and a local retired business man. Poor service ,... not interested. All I wanted was service and I'm most happy to pay the going rate. (My wife grew up in Canby so she also is very disappointed)

I give them 5 stars. They were fast to respond, their friendly service person did a thorough job, and the paperwork was a breeze. I won't hesitate to use them for other jobs I have.

They did a great job on my shower! Cleanest worksite I have ever seen a plumber working at! Good job.

So far I'm unimpressed. When I called, they put me on hold and forgot. When I called back, an appointment is a one week wait. Now they aren't answering the phone. If I ever get service from them I hope I can upgrade this rating but so far it's not good.
