Vitaliy has been a plumber in larger companies for years and has just started his own business. He wants to focus not only on great workmanship, but also great customer service. He delivered both today, and I'll be calling him the future for any plumbing needs. Responsive, prompt, fairly priced and a really nice guy to have in your home.

Vitaly has helped us out a couple of times and the results have been great! From installing a new shower head to solving a slow drain, he has been responsive and fast and his work has been reasonable and of high quality. We will use him again for sure!

Great service. I needed by bathroom sink bowl and plumbing replaced. When I first contacted them about this and described what I needed, they told me straight up front that I might be better off with a countertop specialist. They did not want to waste my time, which I appreciated. After a little back and forth they said that they would come by to take a look, just to see if the situation was something they could handle... and they didn't charge me for this consultation! Turns out that my description was slightly off and the work was indeed within their domain. We coordinated a time for him to swing by to do the work, and he showed up right on time. He finished quickly and efficiently and did not try to upsell me - got the job done as he said he would, and did it well. I will go to Diligent Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend the same.
