One of their vehicles parked in my parking spot outside of my house that I pay for and I called quick to ask if they could call the plumber and ask if he please park somewhere else. No biggie It’s 115 degrees and it would be a 10 minute walk from where there’s parking and I had a lot to carry. But the representative was a complete JERK. He started with asking for my information and I gave him my name and he kept saying “REE IS YOUR NAME?! Are you lying to me?” Then literally asked if “there was anyone in my household that spoke English”... I’m a super white girl with english as my first language. What the hell?! Then he ignored my request and said “you won a 100$ Voucher to Walmart” I said “wait what?! I’m trying to just ask you a question!” And he said “do you don’t want it??” Then said “does anyone in your household speak English?” Again then he hung up. What kind of customer service is that garbage?
